Album Info:
WPCA-11 (Wayfreight, Philadelphia Division, Camden based) is the CSAO local that works the Penns Grove Secondary. Long the domain of several CSX ex-Conrail SD40-2s (which I dubbed the "usual suspects"), the last couple of years has seen an influx of road power from both NS and CSX, as well as foriegn power. This album will be for the photos that don't have their own album.
