Album Info:As the NS 506 (loaded coal to Carneys Point Co-Generating) for Feb. 20th, 2014 was making it's way through the congested trackage of Philadelphia, they had a broken knuckle at CP PARK, the connection to the Delair Branch, which leads to the Delair Bridge across the Delaware River into New Jersey. The crew was also short on time, so a recrew was sent out to replace them. It was actually a Conrail Shared Assets crew, and they headed over the bridge at around 1000 hrs. Instead of holding them at Pavonia Yard, the SJ Dispatcher gave them track and time all the way down the Penns Grove Secondary to Deepwater. As pure luck would have it, they came by my work shortly after my lunch break started at 12:30 PM, and I was able to get some shots as they went across the Bridgeport movable bridge. Oh, and BNSF 8238 was the leader, with ex-UP NS 6544 as the middle unit, which made for a colorful train.
